EmuDeck installs and configures the emulators (RetroArch, Dolphin, PCSX2, PPSSPP, RPCS3 and more) and the ES-DE frontend in a few clicks. The system provides the tools: you supply the games and ROMs.
The AI section starts the local engine on the Vulkan GPU, downloads the models and measures the tokens per second. Turn it off to play, and the memory goes back to the game.
The Tuner draws the voltage/frequency curve of the governor, with the ceiling and three presets. Apply is a timed trial: without your confirmation the previous curve is what boots.
